Создание туманности планируется на основе двойной звездной системы HD 139319 (прямое восхождение: 15ч 33м 51,05с; склонение: +63° 54' 25,69").
Динамичный заячий силуэт оставляет за собой цветные тени, повторяющие его движение.
Как и CAPOS(PN) 0014, туманность CAPOS(PN) 0019 может рассказывать о цветовой системе RGB и об особенностях восприятия человеческого зрения.
CAPOS(PN) 0019 будет хорошо видна в течение всего года в Северном полушарии звездного неба.

Planetary nebula project for Draco Constellation.
A nebula is expected to form from the binary star system HD 139319 (right ascension: 15h 33m 51.05s; declination: +63° 54' 25.69").
The dynamic silhouette of a hare leaves behind colored shadows that follow its movement.
Like CAPOS (PN) 0014, the CAPOS (PN) 0019 nebula can tell about the RGB color model and the peculiarities of human vision.
CAPOS (PN) 0019 will be clearly visible throughout the year in the Northern hemisphere of the starry sky.
